Reported today that the WCE showed a profit of $7.2 mill up from the covid affected $73k profit the previous year. Their investments portfolio is at a bloated $51.4mill and the dividend to the WAFC is up at $3.8 mill.

The one of most interest is the WAFC dividend, does anyone expect 1c of that going towards promoting the WAFL? or will it end up in that sizeable trough for the WAFC commissioners snouts I wonder......... allegedly .......

Also Fremantle are back in the black.

And also the new stadium could get a fancy new name as well? Apparently adding a silly company name is worth a lot of money. Just wonder how much of that money the 7 Wafl clubs see?

Whether you agree with McClown's border closures or not, you'd think Optus would be after a sizeable refund on its naming rights payment given the number of big events cancelled over the last year or so with the exception of the AFL finals.

And yet this cashed up supposed non for profit WAFC franchise want to continue to pay less and less $$$$ each year to the WAFL clubs for the right of us allowing their Reserves team playing in our WAFL competition........unfarkenbelievable!
