About time a few WP players are in the AFL
gun too....interesting  no SD players either....would of thought Fisher would of been a better candidate for a train on gig then EF Tom Joyce....Surely Schlensog once out of quarantine, would be on both WCE and Freo's radar.....surprised Subi's Jack Mayo hasn't been invited...despite his previous  ACL injury....

March  9th can't come sooner  enough, very tough on a WAFL club securing a replacement just a few weeks before the season start.....EF will be struggling  to find a Strnadica like replacement....as would SF with Strom or Schlensog....and WP will be farked if Keitel gets a WCE gig.....the fella has not missed many a WP game for a few years, enabling WP to punch above their weight.

I think it’s a smart idea that they have finally recognised the mature talent in the wafl instead of just focusing on kids, WC took Collins from SD last year, he lasted 6 months, was a mile off it when taken and was not ready.
All the big guys training are a good shot for different reasons and the one who could be a good pick up is Mcquilkan, reminds me of Broad

It has been reported that both Strom and Schlensog are training with the Dockers.

Nick Martin from Subi was supposed to be going across to Essendon for a trial but not sure if that happened.

It was confirmed by Essendon FC during the week that they have 2 spots up for grabs on their list which 4 players are vying for. Nick Martin is one of them. The others are delisted Dylan Clarke, Ronald Fejo (from Darwin) and the son of Gavin Wanganeen, Tex Wanganeen.

Yeah he has the football pedigree and the name so should fill 1 of the 2 spots.
