Not a new idea,  but watching Brockman today, i think he should have been playing another year for Subi. Would be better for the Wafl and arguably better for Brockman. He's fighting well, admittedly, but out of his weight division. Let the kids mature and help the grass roots at the same time.  

Definitely this subject requires a National revamp to better prepare & condition young aspirants - there are simply too many casualties of this system who are being put at unacceptable risk at too young an age
Most are being dragged away from vital family support and too many are falling by the wayside with deep problems out of that
Some are learning bad stuff from bad examples or end up badly injured 
This does need urgent action from the relevant State leagues to stick it up the Victorian system - it is long overdue

There is a better chance of me voting Liberal at the next federal election, becoming an Eagles' and Subiaco supporter than that happening Southerner.

hahaha yeah well put Swan - I have mentioned the subject a few times on here but it is just so obvious there are big problems with a badly twisted & dangerous system
