Dixie Marhsall is a joke of an appointment. FMD, Barnett's former propagandist WTF will she contribute to the WAFL? If you're going for diversity then at least get someone credentialed in the sport. FMD there has to be a female footy administrator or even player who would be a better appointment than this worm.

I don’t know about the others but Phil Lamb is a passionate WAFL supporter so a good choice. Plus on 91.3fm over 14 minutes he didn’t say ‘obviously’ once. Not even an ‘it is what it is’ so he gets my vote. I listened to Michael Roberts as well, no mention of ‘all levels of AFL’ so that’s a good start. And unlike his predecessor it wasn’t just a verbal diarrhoea of cliches.

Was personally hoping Marshall would not get in. Her appointment is questionable!
Phil Lamb seems a good choice as he is Wafl orientated. Then again he might get railroaded if none of the others are. Hoping Roberts is an improvement on the previous plonker.

WAFL is cactus without Dorro onboard. So ironic the WAFL brigade is calling for WAFL appointments yet let's turf Dorro.

Dorro was the only reason the WAFL was not laughed off the scene decades ago. He might not have been every ones cup of tea but he had a passion and love for the WAFL that will outstrip the couple of dozen aging true believers on this circle jerk. Many of you have had your clubs caps filled because of him, now you knife him. Another classy example of a small group of envious old men who would kill to have had and wielded the influence he had, all for the best interest of the wafl. Judging by the low calibre appointments to the WAFC the reducing level of relevance of the WAFL will continue. WOW some big hitters there, not.
