BC, as much as I disagreed with the recruiting restrictions aimed at Subi, at least they came on the back of you guys being the most dominant team in WAFL history across two decades. Perth had our points cap cut by 15 on the back of finishing 6th in two consecutive years.

DD pretty sure Vardy and Schofield would of been delisted anyway, if there wasn't any list number culling, both guys are 30 plus and cooked at the elite level....can see the SANFL benefiting more so then WA, as their comp looks a lot more switched on and proactive running wise then the WAFL....fingers crossed the WAFL gets their act together in time.

Strange wasn't it Ted? I think we had an extra 10 point allowance for a couple of years to 130 and now we are restricted to 115 isn't it? Sooner they put a broom through that joint in Tuart Hill the better and start afresh so the the WAFL can thrive instead of being forced to wear an ankle bracelet.

Its not all doom and gloom judging by the WAFL crowds on the weekend,with 2500 at Bassendean and Claremont,and 3000 at Fremantle and the gap between top[other than Peel]and bottom has definitely narrowed,and with a better quality WAFL comp next year,particularly with the influx of these de listed players,should see an upward spike in attendances and the competitions overall profile.

remains to be seen what changes occur to points & salary caps but it's more certain than in the past that we will see players returning to their original clubs
the SANFL will always get their share of recruits regardless of situation and that's been the case for decades pretty normal actually
going to need the reserves now for sure

Yeah, it was Jun Council Day at Freo, but a decent turnout regardless. And our numbers are defo up on last year quite a lot.
