Is this official TFAF? Looks like its written on the back of a beer coaster..

After a couple too Mikeh. I tried to put it on a new topic but struggled on the iPhone. Anyway to kick off with 2 Wednesday night matches at Lathlain on tv might be worth a shot. Claremont v Subiaco on a Sunday arvo on tv might go ok too. What do you think

These fixtures looked great. I just wasn't sure whether they were your thoughts or you had some inside contacts in the WAFC..

Subi won't be beaten. All this stuff about how motivated they may be is crap. I remember the televised game against Perth last year. Subi players were saying at half time how they weren't playing well and weren't switched on. They were cracking jokes on the bench about checking the cricket scores. They coasted to a 10 goal win. Make no mistake, this is a 7 game season for the other 8 clubs. 4 wins may well be enough for finals, so percentage is likely to be critical. If any team can keep the margin v Subi under 5 goals, that will be very important. Perth lost about 18% in our two games v Subi last year. We should have gone in with an ultra-defensive game plan designed to limit the damage on the scoreboard. Hopefully we'll do that this year.
