Yes it was an interesting read SS but I am not sure why the journalist chose the 2 particular clubs in Subiaco & Norwood to interview as they are the 2 clubs in each state who are the least effected financially in each League!

An interesting story here www.abc.net.au/news/2020-04-05/footy-in-...n-shutdowns/12123102 which focusses on the current state of the WAFL and SANFL.

Thank goodness for our ABC. :)

Surely is not like that normally?
He would have been photographed near renovations that are going to happen soon.

Still yet to understand why on earth the obviously ill researched journalist would choose the richest 2 clubs in the SANFL & WAFL Norwood & Subiaco for a story on how CV pandemic shutdown has effected State League Footy Clubs?

Surely the likes of West Perth & or Central Districts, Glenelg would have given the readers a far better understanding of the consequences one would have thought!

Because no one knows more on how to run a WAFL club than Peter Capes, Just ask him he will tell you.
Having sat at a few WAFL / WAFC meetings with him, he has no idea how the other clubs survive and believes the Subi way of doing things is the only way.
My morals would not push me down that path.
