I would imagine the govt will release a statement in the not too distant future in regards to banning or not banning mass gatherings.
Currently there is no such ban here.
Don't wish to get off topic but I suppose we better be thankful of not living in Italy where a ban is in place. Apparently the shops can remain open but only if they can guarantee that customers can remain one metre apart. Public transport will remain operational, but movement is severely restricted with the government saying only those with a valid work or family reason that cannot be postponed will be allowed to travel.

We need all the people we can get at games.

Big business in the CBD has already started implementing a number of measures to mitigate the risk to their workforce. One of the banks has split it’s teams into two with one half working from home on alternating days. 4 of the big resources companies have tested their networks with a view to sending nearly all of their staff home to work remotely.

Some companies have banned all work related travel - international and domestic and have also canned all non-essential face to face meetings.

Every chance that the WAFL will have lockouts.

I bloody hope not TT, WAFL crowds are sparse compared with big events. You might as well tell everyone they aren’t allowed outside their home if they’re going to lockout WAFL matches.

As long as less than 500 people attend they will be fine, any more than 500 will be classed as a gathering

I think in the case of peel home games they will be lock ins to keep their supporters from escaping.
