WA's Girls spent their weekend at a camp run by Brett Warner, a former SAS special forces army officer. The girls were challenged mentally and physically throughout a number of activities. Brett was very pleased with the girls and wishes them all the best for the carnival "Great effort over the weekend ladies. Stay focused and train hard for the forthcoming season."

Our SA league is pretty good, just need to be competive at state game level against Victoria.

The WAWFL has been given an opportunity cook a BBQ + sell drinks to raise some money for the biannual Yorga Match - Looking for helpers from 1:30-5pm if you could please contact Allana Dickie on 0439971010

A huge Thank You to all the volunteers involved with the West Aussie Womens Football League during the 2012 season as it's International Volunteers day today!

Without volunteers on all levels of the league, we would not be the established league that continues to support one of the fastest growing sports in Australia! Many thanks to the countless hours dedicated and we look forward to the 2013 season!
