A 19-year-old man and a 54-year-old man were injured during the melee and taken to Peel Health Campus, though their injuries did not appear serious.
About 20 officers were deployed, including Mandurah response teams, detectives and traffic officers, trying to bring the brawling crowd under control.
A 20-year-old man was taken into custody and is assisting police with inquiries.
State Control Centre Superintendent Garry Kosovich said alcohol was a contributing factor and investigations into the mass fight will continue.

It is the second time violence has spoilt the atmosphere at a local football match of late after a fight between groups of spectators at a junior football game in Yangebup on August 29.
South Fremantle Football Club, the WA Footy Commission and Cockburn police were forced to investigate after the incident at the Kelmscott JFC and Lakes JFC game at Nicholson Reserve.
