The Carlisle football club is seeking expressions of interest from prospective coaches for the 2020 Season for all teams.
The Club currently fields Four teams in the Perth Football League, with those being 3 Senior Teams and 1 Colts team. Carlisle Football Club are hoping to expand by adding a Women's Team in the near future possibly 2020.
The club has a solid base and has affiliations with 2 junior clubs, Our senor team has experienced recent finals and we aim to push for more success.
We are seeking applicants for the following coaching positions for season 2020:
C1 League Coach
C1 Reserves Coach
Ian Dargie Colts Coach
E2 Coach
The following attributes and qualifications are desirable for successful applicants:
1. Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation, the club would be willing to work with coaches in obtaining further qualifications
2. To participate within a ‘Coaching Team’ environment that includes the League, Reserves, E Grade and Colts coaching personnel and to assist in the development of team strategies in conjunction with the Coaches to ensure all are working in a uniform direction.
3. Able to provide or recruit assistant coaches as required
4. To assist in the development of coaching programs that will enable the players to achieve the fitness and skill levels required to execute desired game strategies including to provide regular feed back to the playing group & individuals to assist in their development.
5. To abide by and promote the Carlisle Football Clubs Members Code of Conduct
6. Continue to nurture and develop our ongoing Junior Football club affiliations in conjunction with Committee
7. Ability to recruit players in consultation with the Executive committee
8. To actively promote all club activities, policies and rules to the playing group.
