The Manning Rippers Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for League, Reserves, Colts and Women's coaching roles for the 2020 season.
Based at James Miller Oval in Manning, the club currently fields teams in C4, C4 Reserves, Laurie Keene colts, and will be nominating a senior women's team in 2020.
Manning Rippers operate under a "One Club" philosophy-both juniors and seniors share facilities, responsibility and operation of the club, with a complete unbroken pathway from AusKick through to Seniors, with junior players feeding directly into the senior arm of the club.
The successful applicants would need to possess the following :
-Minimum Level 1 accreditation
-WWC Check
-Experience and proven background coaching AFL
-The ability to recruit, retain and develop the current playing group
-Be able to provide an assistant coach/manager ( preferred but not essential )
-Ability to implement training drills and match day strategies
-Report directly to Head of Senior Operations
-Very good communication skills, and the ability to abide by, promote and follow the club code of conduct
