Week 2 of finals are here! First week was full of action as expected and this week is going to produce even better hype a spot in the grand final up for grabs...!

League
Cobras vs Piara - with this match we see 1st vs 2nd and these two teams met last time in round 1 so can’t really tell who has improved more since then till now! Cobras got up last time and had the week off last week, will be fresh and ready to go. Piara had a win with a last quarter fight back 7 goals to 2 the belief will be strong after that game. I hope the weather doesn’t effect this game too much! Home ground advantage very good match up both sides but I see piara proceeding through by a goal.

Roleystone vs Lakes - This will be a match to watch with the Lakes getting up with a huge win and finding some form lately, Roley would hurting after letting last weeks game slip up they’ll be looking for a match to take revenge. Home team to get up here only just also 1 goal

Cobras vs Piara

We’ve been waiting for this game all year and should be an absolute cracker. Spewing I can’t be there to watch. Cobras should be fresh but sometimes the week off isn’t such a good thing for momentum regardless of this I think it’s going to be a very close game especially with the weather both of these teams have been very impressive all year and will probably be facing off in the grand final I’m tipping Cobras by 2 points.

Roleystone vs Lakes

Roleystone were very impressive last week I watched them in the 2nd half and out of the few times I have seen them play they were most impressive on the weekend. Lakes have strung a couple of very good weeks together with an important win against Noranda and a surprisingly big win against Rossmoyne. I think this game will be close also but I’m tipping Roleystone to win by 2 goals.

Gents, we are definitely in for two ripper games this weekend. Been checking the weather forecast every couple of hours to get an update and it’s telling me that the storm should blow over by mid early morning. So hopefully come Saturday afternoon we should see some great footy, grounds may be a little damp and could play a small roll in skill errors tho. I’ll definitely be refreshing the WAAFL app for updated results.

Cobras v Piara Waters
Piara were very impressive last week and fought out to the very last second. Cobras week off and will be fresh. I’m sure a couple of the cobras guys got down to watch the game and suss out the Piara boys. With two key players back for Piara I think they will get up by 9 points.

Rollystone v Cockburn Lakes
I was actually very impressed with Rollystones game last week. Unfortunately some interchange errors and players in wrong positions in the dying seconds cost them the game, but get a second chance to redeem themselves this week and at home too. Lake had a walk in the park win and will definitely be ready for what rollystone throw at them.

Congratulations cobras on getting both league and ressies through to the grandy.

For the results on the weekend, Piara will be disappointed with there efforts and only registering 3 majors for the game! Know doubt they will take a lot out of that and go back to work on a few things, I also herd that there key forward copt an injury early and could miss the next couple of weeks.

Rolly and lakes game was a cracker with Lakes having 34 scoring shots to Rollystones 20. Rolly led at qtr time before it was a bit of back and forward then lakes running away with it.
I did notice number 3 for Rolly missing and he would of been a huge loss as his probably one of there better midfielders.

In the ressies, noranda had qualified more than enough a few handy league players to help them get up over Piara. Cobras just to good for lakes.
