With the home and away season now firmly behind us, we look forward to finals and we all know September is where the cream rises to the top and in this case MrM is no exception. MrM is a proven September performer both on and off the field, but more on that later. We do have a very interesting final 5 though ready to show us who are ready to take it all home; we also have 2 great game sot kicks start us this weekend.

Now back to MrM, if you want something to get done in September MrM is the man you turn too, and looking forward to firing on all cylinders here. MrM turns his attention to the Roos colts hoping they can go all the way, but will still keep and eye and ear out for all games here. MrM would also like to acknowledge all those clubs who enquired for MrM to join their table, MrM may have just grabbed and exciting offer from a club and cannot wait to finalise his contract.

OK, two games to look at and a shorter train journey today, so lets dive in.,

North Beach v North Fremantle @Charles Riley Reserve

Both of these sides got themselves a fine tune up game last weekend and will be ready to hit the ground running this weekend. North Beach looked good last weekend, but very hard to judge given Wanneroo didn’t manage to put up much of a fight. North Fremantle had a similar result against similar opposition. It should be a good game, and I think North Beach might be a tad too good here.

University v Fremantle C.B.C @UWA Sports Park FOTW

a big game, with two big clubs here, which is why it is our Final Of The Week.

Uni are arguably the form team of the competition and since having their side settled now they are look good. There only blemish in recent games though is a loss to…you guessed it Freo C.B.C, which means we are in for a good game here. Freo C.B.C will be primed for finals and looking to go one better than they did last season. This game has a lot riding on it, win and you’re only one win from a GF, but most importantly, gives you a chance for a home preliminary final if it boils down to that. I think Uni may be too good here, as they looked good in the wet when MrM saw them and I am judging them on that.

North Beach did look good last weekend though.
They will have a strong support at home too, North Freo will need to bring their best. They might be able to pull it off.

one thing is for sure, Its going to be one hell of a Finals Series. My pick for a long time has been UNI but in saying that, anyone can win it. Its a matter of who can beat Beach in the 2's. And Uni as always the Fav in the Colts
