TOPIC:

Coolbinia Amateur Football Club is an inclusive and diverse amateur football club in the inner northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. The Club fields four teams in the WA Amateur Football League, with those being 3 three Senior Teams, and an all-abilities Integrated team.

The Club has experienced success in the past four years, winning four consecutive Integrated Flags (2015-16-17-18), a Thirds Flag (2016), a Reserves Flag (2018), and a League Flag (2018). We believe this has been achieved by the Club providing opportunities for players of all abilities and a safe and encouraging environment.

As such, the Coolbinia Amateur Football Club are seeking applicants for the following coaching positions for season 2019:

C2 League Coach
C2 Reserves Coach

The successful applicant will display the following attributes:

a) Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation with a desire to work towards obtaining a Level 2 Coaching Accreditation or further

b) Maintaining the interest and further developing the ability of the current player group

c) Ability to provide/obtain a suitable support network of assistant coaches

d) Is a strong leader and displays applicable communication skills with a range of stakeholders

e) Demonstrate a positive and well planned training program that will engage players

f) Continue the strong development of the Coolbinia Amateur Football Club’s culture & environment, including the ongoing improvement of connections with local junior football clubs; and

g) Ability to recruit players in consultation with the Executive committee
