The Maddington Football and Sportsman Club (Inc) invites applications for the following Coaching roles for the 2019 WAAFL:
League Coach – WAAFL B Grade
Reserves Coach – WAAFL B Grade
Colts Coach – WAAFL B Garde
Qualifications:
• Level 1 Coaching qualification for all
• Coaching experience at Senior Level is preferred for all teams
• Sound knowledge and understanding of football structures and training techniques
• Demonstrated player management, recruitment planning, communication and leadership skills.
• Playing Coach considered for League and Reserves.
• Working with Children’s Card – Club reimburses any costs for renewal or new applications.
Competitive Remuneration Package depended on experience etc.
The Maddington Football Club has established itself as a B Grade side and is seeking to achieve further development within existing pool of players, as well as recruiting additional players for all grades in 2019. After a slow start in 2018 losing close games our league side won 6 of its last 9 giving us a sound base for 2019.
With great facilities and a committed playing group all wanting to stay on , the Maddington Football Club has a fun social side, strong sponsorship base and loyal support.
The Maddington Football Club was also the base for the Perth Angles Football Club in 2018.
