Rossmoyne Amateur Football Club Coaching Applications – 2019

Rossmoyne Amateur Football Club is a small to medium sized amateur football club, playing out of Shelley Reserve in Shelley. The club currently fields 4 sides- 2 senior men’s sides, a senior women’s side and a Masters side. Our club is currently led by a young, diverse and vibrant committee where we have seen significant growth as a club over the last 12 months.
With a relatively young and committed playing group, recent success at a senior men’s and women’s level, in which both sides have gone deep into finals in 2018 and upgrades to club infrastructure in the works for 2019, the club is looking to appoint coaches for what looks to be a very exciting 2019 season.
The Roles – The Club is seeking to appoint coaches for the following sides for season 2019:
-C4 League
-C4 Reserves
-Women’s

Qualifications:
-Level 2 Coaching Accreditation (or working towards) – C4 League Coach
-Level 1 Coaching Accreditation – for all other roles
-Police Clearance

Candidates will be required to have, or be working towards, the following experience and skill set:
-Coaching experience at Senior and Junior level preferred
-Previous involvement within an amateur sporting environment preferred
-Sound football and coaching background
-Ability to contribute to the development of players’ skills, football knowledge & personal growth.
-Commitment to driving a club first culture across the entire playing group
-Proven planning and organisation skills
-Ability to develop and implement a pre-season and general season program along with a sound and proven game plan
-A strong desire for success
