Great report on C4 reserve G/f.
Great game of contested in close footy which right up to dying seconds could have gone to either of the combatants.

Also spot on in what you mentioned about a boost to a challanging year for the club.
As the Cobra coach made a point of in his speech (the travesty of what happened last year) the ressies boys have had the chance and been successful in playing in a grand final that they were unjustly denied last year!

The league side however have yet to experience that right. You are also correct in your post on assuming we may get some of our top end talant back that left this season PLUS some.

We have had players express interest in coming on board that are aware of what "occured" and want to assist us in our cause.

Bring on 2019!

Congratulations on the win Stinker and credit to the club for sticking it out in c4 when others would have simply dropped into the e grades (Noranda anyone?).
With those top end players returning plus a few more, I dare say that the cobras will be a formidable outfit in 2019 (similar to the side of 2017).

From what I’ve seen, the 2 best remaining sides from this year (Lakes and Rossmoyne) aren’t at the level your blokes were last year and could be in for a bit of a shock come 2019.

Congratulations again

Highpants: Noranda dropped down to E1 due to a lack of numbers. They didnt have enough to field 2 teams.

This Cobras grand final story has been great to follow. Big congrats to everyone at the club!

Thanks for sentiments and following the Cobra story.

I think what Highpants is alluding too is the Cobras were able to keep the majority of their players at the club.

The reason for that is simple and clear...the players at the club new the club was NOT GUILTYof the concocted charge against it!

I can not speak for Noranda and would not wish too anyway.
As have 'posted' before the sooner this community organisation that is charged with the growth and developement of 'grass roots' footy earns some much needed credabilty the better WA Footy as a whole will be.
