The Manning Rippers Football Club are seeking expressions of interest for coaching roles for the 2019 season. Currently fielding 3 sides in the C4, C4R and Laurie Keene Colts, we are a community club based at James Miller Oval in Manning, whose membership extends from AusKick through to F Grade, with our junior arm feeding through to our Colts program.

Candidates will be required to have, or working towards the following criteria :
- Experience in coaching or playing at a high C grade level where there is a stable colts program
- Level 1 accreditation or higher ( level 2 for head coach )
- Working with children check
- Sound football background in all aspects of training and match day programs
- Ability to work with all coaches on player recruitment, retention and development
- Support and promote the committee's strategic plan and "One Club" direction
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, trust and respect values, and a role model for the club as a whole
Remuneration is a honorarium to be negotiated.
