Well that sux.... some of the shit umpires mentioned double up. Should just pool league and reserves

The senior panel has been doubling up for many years and i would have an ex panel A/B/C grade umpire doubling up in the lower grades than some blind freddy/cheat.
The senior panel sent a umpire to C2 league and reserves yesterday and he did a great job.
