Some big games this week with a few teams hoping to bounce back from disappointing starts.

Canningvale v Bassendean

The Cougars got away to a dream start last week with a convincing victory over one of last year's finalists in Kenwick. Bassendean had a tight loss to fellow finalist in Canning VPSP. Should be a cracking game, a young Cougars outfit up against a physically strong Basso team. The ground is small and I think it may work for Basso, them to get up in a close one. Basso by a goal or three.

SNESA v Swan Valley

SNESA surprised many with a comfortable win over the relegated Mosman Park whilst The Valley were put in their place by Warnbro. SNESA debut at their new ground and I think they'll also get up in another close game. SNESA by a goal or three.

Quinns District v Kenwick

After last weeks shock defeat the Kenwick boys will not be looking forward to the long drive north to take on the Bulls. Quinns started in emphatic fashion and I think will put the Royals to the sword at home. Quinns comfortably for me.

Warnbro v Manning

I was very impressed with Warnbro last week, a strong, fit well drilled side. They certainly look as good as any side I saw in C2 last year and unfortunatley for Manning I think they are in for a tough time and a long drive home. Warnbro by a lot.

Canning VPSP v Mosman Park

Mosman Park's attempt to get back into C1 got away to a disastrous start with a touch up at home by newly promoted SNESA. Things are unlikely to improve with a trip to Wyong to take on the Tigers who have probably been very unlucky not to have beenpromoted the last two seasons. Tigers by a fair bit, especailly at home.

Only two last week - my fingers are crossed for this week.

Canningvale - Our boys with a few outs this week after a tough game at Kenwick but we are very hard to beat, more so on our home deck!
SNESA - Still don't know much about the Valley.
Quinns - Had a good win last week, will be interested to see the score here.
Warnbro - Manning looked like they struggled last week, lets see if they turn it around a bit.
Canning - Again, a complete guess.

Canningvale - impressed me on the w/e if they can contain basso's powerful forward line they should do well. basso to win reserves by a lot

Swan Valley - i'll tip the valley to come back from last week and come out firing
valley ressies to take it in a close one

Kenwick - always a good game up in quinns. should be a good contest as per usual from the last few years

Warnbro - manning knocked about last week, i don't think this week will be any better. ressies the same although hopefully they can score this week

CVPSP - took the cookies against a very good basso team. i think they will back it up. i think mossie will win the ressies

Still hard to pick after only 1 round, but here goes.

Will take basso, should give canningvale a true welcome to C2 going on last weeks results against canning., obviously my source from basso was full of shit
Will take valley by a couple
Quinns came out like a house on fire, huge winners. Will not go past that form! Another belting
Will take warnbro, a first up belting is always hard to bounce back from.
Canning are a 5 goal better side at home, will take them out at Wyong.
