What a weekend of football, no rain but bloody hot.

Nolla got over the line by a lot less then we thought well done snesa.

Canning are my biggest disappointment this year so far after playing them in a scratch match thinking they will be doing a lot better then what they are. Unless players walked or injuries before round 1.

Ridge kick back beating canningvale quite easy.

Warnbro going nicely once they kick straight could be a nasty score.

Dianella Morley easily over swan valley which I thought would be very close.

And the game at the kennel was close first half with Lynwood with the breeze not putting the score on that they would wanted kicking 2.4 to the dogs 1 straight goal. 2nd quarter the dogs kicked 3 or 4 straight then Lynwood replied with 3 straight. Was up and down with the dogs at the main break with a 4 point lead. Premiership quarter dogs came out against the breeze and won the quarter quite easy with 5 goals to Lynwood’s 1. Putting Wycombe in front by 4 straight kicks with the wind in the last. Last quarter 7 goals to the dogs to Lynwood’s 2 putting them away by 56 points. Few injuries from both teams and hopefully Lynwood’s player that was concussed is ok. Dogs now look forward to taking on the all stars.

Watched SNESA Vs Nolla. SNES matched them for 3/4 and actually out played them in the 1st but for that other qtr wow, Nolla are a serious team. Their skills are sublime, their players only need the tiniest amount of separation and the kick goes exactly where it needs to. Their shots on goal were ridiculously accurate (I know they registered a few behinds but a lot of those were rushed or spoiled through). There was no dirty stuff they were just at the ball and a few stuck around for a beer afterwards. The whole club were a class act on Saturday.
As a new supporter to the club it was good to see SNESA play well but no side in this competition would've stopped Nolla in that 2nd qtr.

It’s good to see Peter Pan that snesa are still going hard and not giving up well done to you guys. As we were on the other end of it last year. I’m saying that it’s only round 3 plenty of time to get a few Ws.
