Firstly let us all address what everyone is wondering...MrM where are your post game reports? Well after MrM got back from the land of the home and brave, he was instantly promoted into a new position at work. More hours, more responsibility, more pressure, however sadly there was little to no increase in pay check.
However a deal* has been reached with the boss at work, If Janice on reception is allowed to accost MrM about his opinions on Bachelor in Paradise that week, then MrM can spend 20 mins writing up a thorough match report at work.
*deal is a loose term as when asked the boss said...“what is OzFooty and who is MrM?”
Moving on though, MrM was thoroughly impressed last weekend by Scarb-iaco or is it Subi-orough ?
Either way, they looked good, slick and definitely impressive. MrM was disappointed by one omission and that was DRumble, the man has calves so big they should be referred to as cows. MrM did enjoy seeing Milburn Pennybags having a run around as well, he loves a chat does this man and word has gotten back to MrM he has definitely earned this title.
Let us get into this Round 3 as we have some very exciting games to look forward to. Boothead you’re doing a fabulous job, keep up the good work, please can I have a detailed report on Kingsway Reserves? First ever scoreless game in Kingsway history?
North Beach v Fremantle CBC @Chas Riley Reserve MOTR
It definitely will be a good match up to witness, which is why it is this week’s Match Of The Round.
North Beach have had some promising results for far this season, however if you look at the results, they have only beaten 8th & 10th, this will be a real test for them. Freo CBC are looking good and have added some good depth with some ex WAFL players. I think it will be a good game, if it rains, then look for a low scoring slug fest, with the Beach to get a win.

Kingsway v Trinity Aquinas @Kingsway Reserve
Kingsway will be hoping for a much better showing this weekend, I am sure the Teal Roos will be looking to get their maiden win in A Grade however they face a TA’s side looking to rebound after a slow start. TA’s have had a slow start to the season and you know they will be looking to come out firing this weekend. If it does rain, perhaps TA’s bigger bodies will hold them in good stead. I think they will get a good win here.
Trinity Aquinas by 4 goals
Wembley v Scarborough @Pat Goodridge Reserve
Wembley got onboard last weekend, and will be hoping to keep that momentum rolling when they face, a good unit in Scarborough. It will be tough game for Wembley but if they can control the football then they may cause an upset. Scarborough though a very good and you’d expect they would fancy themselves here. I think Scarborough should get the easy win here.
Scarborough by 4 goals
Kalamunda v Curtin University Wesley @Ray Owen Reserve
Kalamunda would not be happy with what they produced last weekend, albeit against a very good side, they know they need to do better and they have a good chance too when they take on Wesley Curtin this weekend. Curtin Wesley are a side who needs to do better if they are to succeed this season, but it is always a tough ask going up the hill. I think Kalamunda will enjoy a nice win here.
Kalamunda by 3 goals
Wanneroo v University @Wanneroo Showgrounds
Well Wanneroo only played 50 minutes of football last week and Scarborough showed them it takes 100 minutes to get the job done. Back at home this weekend you would think that they would be up and firing for a big clash, but they face University who will have gained some form after last week’s big win. Uni got their first win of the season last Saturday and will be out to make sure its two on the trot. I can see it being very close but I expect a Roo-vival of sorts after last week.

Good luck all, if it rains MrM will be inside, so have fun.
