Playing in the C4 and C4 Reserves leagues of the West Australian Amateur Football League, The Yanchep Redhawks are seeking a reserves coach to lead our growing club along with our new senior coach.
Situated in the fastest growing suburb in Western Australia, we are about to take the club to the next level with a new ground and facility and are looking for a reserves coach to lead us through this transition and build towards further success at the club.
The role will require a true passion for working with a developing club, sound knowledge of coaching principles and outstanding communication and planning skills.
Key responsibilities:
Liaise regularly with all Coaches & Staff on matters of selection & talent identification
Preparation, communication & implementation of training plans
Build and lead a vision towards long term sustained success
Identify and recruit talent to the club
Essential selection criteria:
Demonstrated leadership skills along verbal and written communication skills
Mentor/teaching skills that develop trust and respect
Demonstrated ability to formulate and communicate sequential training and game plans
This is a remunerated position based on experience.
