The Noranda Senior Football Club is seeking coaching staff for the coming 2018 season

Noranda is still a young and growing football club with top of the range facilities to cater for 3 Senior teams and colts team as well as a growing supporter base, with a successful Junior club supporting young players coming through to keep playing and enjoying in the football community.
Since the beginning of Noranda’s inclusion to the WAAFL competition we have made the finals every year and have achieved the ultimate prize on 5 occasions but have fallen just short a few times, none the less making the Grand Final in any grade is a terrific achievement.
Applicants must display the following:
• Minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation (Level 2 or higher preferred)
• The ability to build and manage a support group of assistants varying from Assistant coach to water persons.
• Working with Children’s Check (or to be obtainable)
• Commitment to work with Noranda Junior Football Club
• Have demonstrated ability to continue to grow the club
Should you be successful, applicants will:
Be able to show the ability to contribute to the development of skills, physical attributes, football knowledge, personal growth and self-esteem of our players
Demonstrate an ability to establish, implement and co-ordinate a training regime to maximise the development of the player group at all levels for learning and enjoyment.
Be able to effectively communicate to the clubs players, supporters and members to maintain a vibrant club atmosphere.
Help with the ability to create a thriving culture that the players become unified in at the club.
