Successful Applicants must:
Be able to show the ability to contribute to the development of skills, physical attributes, football knowledge, personal growth and self esteem of our player group.
Demonstrate an ability to establish, implement and co-ordinate a training regime to maximise the development of the player group at all levels.
Be able to effectively communicate to the clubs players, supporters and members.
Have or be working towards AFL Level 1 Coaching accreditation.
Be passionate about their position in the club and promote a strong unified culture that players will thrive in.
