TOPIC:

Well, the season is finally getting underway! I'm happy to count the tips each week for those that are keen. Hopefully some others can provide a bit of feedback each Monday on their Club's performance (Without giving too much away ).As always the first round will have some surprises and four new clubs adds plenty to the intrigue. I don't know much about some of the new clubs so there's a fair bit of suck it and see!

Manning v Quinns

Quinns came home strongly last season. With a strong Colts and apparently some solid recruiting they should improve even fursther. Manning are tough to beat on their gound but I'm backing the Bulls to get up.

Bassendean v CVSP

Both finalists from last season and no doubt will both be pushing up again. Bassendean should have some of the dominant Colts team adding great depth to their seniors so I think they will be very strong. Bassendean at home in a tight one.

Kenwick v Canningvale

Canningvale have carried all before them in their first two seasons. They get a tough initiation to C2 with a visit to Mills Park first up. The Royals are very tough at home and should get up.

Swan Valley v Warnbro

The Valley played some good footy in the second half of last season after a poor start. Some of the young lads should improve and I expect a good showing first up. I know little about Warnbro but am hoping the long drive tires them out! The Valley at home.

Mosman Park v SNESA

Two new sides clashing, one coming up the other coming down. Once again I know nothing about Mosman Park but SNESA have had decent Colts for a few seasons and I imagine they are a reason for their climb back up. I'll go for Mosman Park at home, I believe it is a tough oval for visitors.

Hard to tip when you are coming into a new League!

Ill back Manning with old mate Ash Bentley playing up forward for them.
Ill go with Bassendean simply because they are at home.
My team Canningvale as always.
Ill go with Valley because Dingo and Junior are!
And finally, our old mates SNESA with Benny Harris getting a bag full.

Quinns - if they have carried on with their run from last year they should win this but they will have to be accountable for a number of very dangerous forwards that Manning had last year (if they are still around)i beleive one guy kicked 7 against us last year in the second half at their home ground.

CVSP - I think they will come back a lot hungrier after last years finals. will be extremely difficult down at Jubilee as Basso play that cramped oval very well. does anyone know if Wedding is playing again this year?

Kenwick - the last couple of games Canningvale played at Mills park where their victorious finals. now we get to properly welcome them to our home. should be a good game and i am looking forward to it.

Warnbro - I don't know, i think warnbro will be stronger than a lot of people think but they will have to be on their game to take this one away from the valley up there.

Mosman Park - i think Mosman Park coming down should be strong enough to win this game. saying that i have heard SNESA have some monsters down there which if the weather holds out will make an impact.

Luckily there is only 5 games each week Dingo so you only need to use one hand to count.....

How are we every one?
I finaly found the forum that every one is talking about!
hope you all enjoyed the off season.
Well another year gets under way with 4new teams to the comp, its going to be an exciting season!
ill start with my ladder prediction for the 2013 season and with a small write up.
followed by my tips.

1, Bassendean - I think will set the bench mark for the alot of team this year and with GF wins for there Res and Colts there will be some good talent coming thru the club.
2, Canning South Perth - will be hungry after last years result. got unlucky with injurys came in finals time and this year should be fit and ready to go. adding a thirds side this year should help.
3, Quinns - not to sure if the wheels started to fall off towards the end of the season last season have a lot of FIFO players and i hear have picked up some handy players.
4, Swan Valley - I hope the boys down in the valley have been growing some good grapes and like last season they upset some teams and rattled a few cages showing they can play the game and will be ready for a good year.
5, Mosman Park - to round out the top 5, after dropping down a grade they will be out to prove a lot and make a name in C2.
6, Canning Vale - I think will need a year to find there feet in the C2 comp, have been very good the past years adding silverware to the pool room. could be a dark horse into the 5.
7, Kenwick - not hearing a lot of good things come out of kenwick, lost a few good indigenous players, and some leaving to clubs down the road to Maddington. Always and will be a rough a guts team to play tho.
8, SNESA - proved could be a strong club with both teams in GF's last year. they like to run and carry the ball but could come unstuck when they face some of the bigger bodie sides. Watch out for this quick young side!
9, Warnbro - Maybe to much travel for them every second week could land them in trouble, although i have not herd much of this side im still expecting them to prove me wrong and like the Valley boys last year might cause some upsets.
10, Manning - lucky not to get relegated last year, herd some talk of the colts coach walking out and taking players with him. there small bean shape ground could find teams introuble but i think will not be able to do enough to stay in C2.

CANNING VALE by 7 points ( but to get a warm wecoming by kenwick )
SWAN VALLEY by 6 goals
MOSMAN PARK by 3 goals ( only because they have come down and snesa have come up )
