What are the odds that the reserves matches will be swapped around seeing as though both clubs meet in league and reserves. Personally, I reckon that they should be played as listed above because that's how the season panned out and Mosman don't deserve a home final in the ressies ... but you never know!

Mosman are in with a chance if Dodgy Dick-Scab Doug plays his games again...very frustrating.
Or are they neutral umps in finals?

They used to move the matches around but last year took a stand in all grades and said they will be played where nominated.

If there is no hinderance to any clubs they used to move them. Where one club was put out by the move they should leave it as is.

I'll throw my tip in to say they'll move them.

Pretty sure neutral umpires are provided for finals. Although at this level they generally come from a pool of club umpires who want to do a few more games so still not the best quality, but neutral at least.

Panel umpires as far down as possible and then neutral club umpires.
