Another good weekend of C1 football with a couple of upsets causing the predicted ladder positions to really open up some more. Carlisle having a big win now need to back up there first round performance against the ladder leaders next week to keep their dreams alive.
Willetton V Kingsley – Kingsley continued with their good form winning by 9 goals and making it harder for Willetton to make finals
Carlisle V Bullcreek Leeming – Carlisle really done the damage winning by 10 goals and securing a good percentage to keep their slim finals chance alive
Ballajura V Melville – A great fought win to Melville who led all day and showed some of the form that has been missing this year.
Noranda V Quinns District – Quinns had a big win and put themselves in a good position to sneak the 4th spot away from Noranda who will continue to struggle with the lack depth really showing now. I believe both sides kept their relationship building alive also
Thornlie V Kenwick – Thornlie had the expected win and now have really put pressure on Ballajura for the second position
