Looks like another wet few days leading into the weekend to make the grounds nice and heavy. C3 is still the closest grade out of the lot but now the top 4 should be set, just the positions may change. The fight for 5th continues this week and there are 4 sides who can potentially be sitting in it after the weekend. Makes these last 4 weeks very interesting......

The Bulldogs can still get out of the relegation zone with a couple of wins & are capable of causing a shake up to the top teams. The Roosters can jump into the 5 with a win here and I expect them to. They have adjusted to C3 well enough to be fighting for a finals spot with their GF opponent Belmont. Cottesloe to win.

Dianella (1st) v Snesa (4th)
Last time they met:: Snesa 14.10-94 defeated Dianella 8.13-61
Match of the Round. The Saints are one of the few teams to knock Dianella off this year. Will their game plan hold up away from home against the quick moving Raiders? A win would see them jump over Dianella, a loss would put them a game and a half behind. The Raiders are enjoying the home game stretch and will be very hard to beat there, they can cement a top 3 spot and a double chance with a win this weekend. Raiders to win.

Manning (9th) v Mosman (2nd)
Last time they met:: Mosman 13.10-88 defeated Manning 10..14-74
Manning have been struggling and will find this game a bit too much, even at home. Mosman Park just keep doing enough in the last quarters to win each week and will keep their top 2 spot over the weekend. Mosman Park to win.

Piara (5th) v Belmont (7th)
Last time they met:: Belmont 8.9-57 lost to Piara 13.7-85
On the weekend Belmont went down the top side while the Piara increased their losing streak to 6 games. They won last time but both teams fortunes has changed drastically since then. I'll pick Belmont to win here and jump Piara on the ladder.

Coolbinia (8th) v Ellenbrook (3rd)
Last time they met:: Ellenbrook 13.6-84 defeated Coolbinia 10.8-68
The Falcons are only a game out of 5th and know that a win can put them in finals contention. A loss would all but end that hope and keep them near the bottom. The Eels did what they needed to against Piara and now have to focus on this week. CWP are a danger team and have the advantage of the playing at home (where the Eels have never played) and an earlier start time again. I'll tip Ellenbrook to win.

Couple of surprise results with CWP beating Ellenbrook and Piara beating Belmont, Brentwood also beat Cott to add to it.

Other winners were SNESA over Dianella and MP over Manning.

Some big results yesterday with SNESA knocking the Raiders off the top of the ladder, Brentwood jumping off the bottom, Piara holding onto 5th & ending the losing streak and CWP keeping their finals hopes alive with a big win at home.
