First of all, if you haven't seen Mr.M's review its on the last thread, beautiful as per normal and with a few interesting talking points to come out of the day. Very curious to know if chooka24 got to meet Mr.M because if he did he is both a very lucky man and one of few to meet the great one. I myself one day am hopeful of sharing a nice chandy with you Mr.M

Now for what i gauged from the round of results from the weekend.

The North freo train continued to roll on with a close affair against collies. Quite a tight affair with the Maggies getting the job done. Collegians now need a big finish without a slip to make the 5 and thay will involve needing an upset against swan ath who they beat earlier this year.

Mt Lawley convincingly over maddington surprised me a bit. Maybe it wasnt the result but with the ease in which they did it. Maddo with there recent form will be dissapointed but Mt Lawley are winning the games they should be and with some confidence will be looking for a big scalp in the coming weeks.

Wanneroo winning a tight one over the dogs. Very tight affair from all reports with some real quality football being played in the wet. Wanneroo can count themselves unlucly they didn't get the percentage boost the other teams got but with kelmscott getting themselves sorted they could surprise some teams and make a push for survival. My sources tell me they didn't supply an umpire in the reserves so they called the game. Very unsure with what that means in terms of forfeits coz technically they didnt. Time will tell

Swan ath doing a dirty on hamersley. Looks like they could have won by alot more but didnt but in the wet it doesnt matter how you win. Hamersley just like collegians now can't afford any sort of slip. Need some luck and some momentum to keep there season alive whereas swan ath look like they have locked themselves in that top 4 battle.

Kingsway maul the saints. Looks like the score flatters Stirling with kingsway lucky not to win by 10 goals. Kingsway continuing about there business and knocking on North freos door where as stirling have to be wondering where that next win is coming from. Maddington are one more win away from 2 things. Kelmcscott being relegated and stirling relegated as i cant see them winning another game let alone 2.

Curious to know chooka24 thoughts on the game on the weekend so lets all hope he isnt too busy. As for Phil McCracken, he won the internet with the kelmscott thread the other day. Later peeps

Just wanted to get your thoughts on the day chooka24. We have heard Mr.M version so was curious to hear your side of it all. Obviously the weather kept the fans away this weekend, very quiet and no reports from other games

Interesting regarding the ressies as Kingsway had a chance to enforce the forfeit the week before yet chose to play ( and got beaten however I believe the game is under investigation) due to the 1 umpire whereas it seems that wanneroo enforced the forfeit

Sneaky 101 I also heard something strange come out of your game against kelmscott in the reserves. Is it true that kingsway gave kelmscott players for the game? I didnt believe it when i heard it but am curious to put this rumour asleep if it isnt so.

More like run aground like the Costa Concordia Grassy.
Based on previous penalties dished out by the WAAFL you'd think that whoever is in charge at the Kennel will be facing some penalties.

Frank - more along the lines that they started the game with 17 and finished with 18 so a team sheet discrepancy
