Canningvale v Swan Valley @ Clifton Park
Swan Valley had a good win on their home deck round one while Canningvale fell short by 17 points against Lynwood last week my tip is the Valley by 14 points

Nollamara v Lynwood Ferndale @ Des Penman Reserve
Nollamara got a wake up call round 1 being smashed by Bassendean by the tune of 118 points! They will want to bounce back against a Lynwood side full of confidence after a win first up.

Gosnells v Bassendean GOTR@ Gosnells Football Oval
Game of the round for me, both sides were big winners round one (Bassendean 118 points) (Gosnells 134 points). Gosnells finished 3rd last year and weren't to far off the pace, while Bassendean faced relegation from c1 and seem to have recruited well in the off season!
Bassendean for me 5 goals

Ocean Ridge v CVSP @ Heathridge Park
Ocean Ridge did the biggest road trip in the WAAFL round one and went down to a young Warnbro side. While CVSP were undermanned against a rampant Gosnells and it was reflected on the score board.
Ocean Ridge by 6 goals

High Wycombe v Warnbro Swans @ Scott Reserve
High Wycombe went down to Swan Valley by 69 points and think they may struggle this year. On the other hand Warnbro had a good first up win against a relegated C1 side that may have thought it was going to be an easy win they play their ground extremely well and will win more than their fair share down there.

Ridge in another tight one on there massive ground hope canning have done a big pre season they will need it

Warnbro to beat High Wycombe by 10 golas. High Wycombe to struglle this year in my opinion.

Wont realy know who are the teams to beat until about round 5/6

A couple of blowouts in round 1 in C2, let's hope scores can be a little closer this week.

The Valley will be much better than some expect stepping up this year. Canning Vale sliding after finals last year.

Two teams that may struggle. But so unpredictable. Ill go with Lynwood

Gosnells vs Bassendean
I think Gosnells win was blown out by the tigers missing half a dozen but to win by that amount at Wyong is strong. Bassendean to be the team to beat this year and this should be a ball buster.

Ocean Ridge vs CSP
Disappointing loss by the Ridge after a very active off season. The tigers out on their feet with a wedding but absolutely pumped by Gosnells. Both looking to bounce back, the Ridge at home

Warnbro Vs High Wycombe
Warnbro winning last week and have an experienced coach at the helm. Not sure what to expect from the bulldogs this year. But being thrashed in round one by SV not a good sign.
