has anyone heard anything regarding several clubs abilities to field colts sides in 2017 as i recall 4 of the clubs in B Grades colts (Drew Banfield) had struggles fielding sides last year or didnt field one at all.

Stirling- Have failed to field a colts side for several years, although i have heard they have strong intentions of having a side, i seriously doubt they will field one, their junior clubs highest club is in Year 8, and the other junior club in that area is Kingsway.

Maddington- Have struggled to have a competitive colts side for several years, would be interested to hear how they are faring as well.

Hamersley Carine- Completely struggled for the whole of last season in A Colts, winning one game, can never get a full side and getting thumped. Their colts side played kingsway in a scratchie last year and lost by 30 goals.

Kelmscott- No colts side last year either, like stirling, they have no real depth at all.

I understood Kelmscott started last year with two Colts teams and finished the year with one.

Their Junior Club's 17's team is good - like REALLY good.

I can't believe the WAAFL allowed Kelmscott to enter a second colts side last year. Was almost predictable that they lasted two games before once again dropping out of the comp.

Hopefully the same mistakes aren't made in 2017!

From my understanding hamersley carine have a new colts coach this year so hopefully that will get a few more numbers down.

Gee hopefully the WAAFL doesn't make the same mistake this year in allowing Kelmscott to have a second colts side this year!
