We all hear how in the AFL, there is a lot less loyalty from players towards a club and that players look to switch clubs, even midway through a contract, for more money or for team success.

In suburban footy in Melbourne and Adelaide, the better players can command match payments allegedly in four figures to switch clubs.

Of course, playing footy in Perth (outside the WAFL) is supposed to be an amateur pursuit, but I am just curious as to how many people here have been one-club players or have they played at another WAAFL club or spent some time playing bush footy either for money or to play at a club with a better chance of winning a flag.

Wouldnt be many one club players these days and if there are i would suggest the vast majority would be 30+
