Ellenbrook SFC are seeking applicants for coaching staff for the following grades in the 2017 season:
• C3 League
• C3 Reserves
• WCE Colts
• E3
The Ellenbrook Senior Football Club is a young, vibrant, financially secure club located in the fast growing suburb of Ellenbrook with brand new facilities.
The football club had all 4 amateur teams play finals in 2016. With ESFC having strong ties with the Ellenbrook Junior football club who have an abundance of talent due to enter the senior system, the future is very exciting.
Applicants are required to have the relevant accreditation and experience in their applications:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement an effective game plan & structure
• Level 2 Coaching Accreditation preferred but not essential
• Ability to develop a young playing group who are highly driven
• The ability to develop players to their full potential by implementing a creative and well-structured training program
• Ability to work effectively within an energetic and dedicated team
• Create and project a positive attitude towards club values and strong team culture
• Be able retain the current players and recruit new players to the club.
