Well here we are, 18 hard fought rounds of jostling for positions has seen five survivors in each grade make it to fight for premiership glory. Only one relegated side this year and it's Armadale back to C4.
C3 League
Qualifying Final
Nollamara vs Piara Waters
Should be a great game, Piara have knocked off both of the top sides and are a serious threat for the flag. Nollamara got spanked by fourth placed Ellenbrook last week so they should come out breathing fire on Saturday. Very tough one to pick, if Nollamara are at their best they'll win, anything less and I really like Piara's chances.
Elimination Final
Ellenbrook vs Manning Rippers
As noted above the Eels pulled off an upset to ensure the home final. Manning have been valiant all year but lack the depth of the other sides. I think the Eels will be too good at home on last weeks form.
C3 Reserves
I'll admit to not seeing a lot of two's footy this year so I'll just have a crack on form.
Qualifying Final
Ellenbrook vs Piara Waters
If there's an advantage in having both teams at the same ground then it lies with Piara. Having said that the Eels only finished a game off top spot so I'll go with them to progress to the 2nd Semi Final.
Elimination Final
Mosman Park vs Dianella Morley
Not much between these two and it may well come down to how many league players the respective teams have qualified as both aren't playing League finals. Mossies gave DM a touch up last week so they should win.
West Coast Colts
For some reason the WAAFL has seen fit to fixture the colts Elimination Final at the C4 game. Can only assume it's because Kwinana's league side is playing there. I've seen a bit of the colts and there isn't much between the top three sides. Belmont have finished strongly but I don't think they will necessarily have it all their way.
Qualifying Final
Ellenbrook vs Secret Harbour
Only 7 points between these two last week so it's anybody's guess! The long trip up the freeway may sap the Secret Harbour boys two weeks in a row so maybe the Eels can do the job again.
Elimination Final
Swan Valley vs Kwinana
These two beat each other away from home during the season and face each other on neutral territory. I'll show my colours and back The Valley boys to keep their dream alive.
