5 rounds to go and still plenty up for grabs in C2. Thornlie cruising on top and a week off now. Relegation a battle of 2 to join swan view, well drop a grade. Swan view will be back to E grade. Lynwood one game clear of CWP but showing signs of dropping away sharply.

Thornlie Vs Swan View
Forfeit and a 90 point win to the lions.

Gosnells Vs Ballajura - MOTR
has to be th MOTR with 2 v 3 and not teams still getting it done against all comers. Word is gosnells have dug deep to get a well know 'journeyman' in yarran to the club to help with their premiership tilt. Not sure he's that good anyway. Gosnells at home for me and advantage Gosnells for the home final in the first week.
Gosnells by 13 points

High Wycombe vs Lynwood
Should be a job well done for the dogs at here and keep them knocking on the door of the 5. Lynwood were competitive for the most part but have been smashed lately. They could guarantee safety with another win though.
Dogs by 35 points

Warnbro vs Coolbina West Perth
Warnbro putting some players back to the reserves for a tilt at finals ? Surely not with only a win and a half outside of the 5 in league?? That's the word though. Don't think it will help Coolbina though. Interesting on others thoughts on this activity and it's message it sends people at clubs abouts it culture. League teams should be trying to finish as high as possible and only very late should a club to this when the league team is shot. Reserves premierships are really nothing to ride home about.
Warnbro in this one by 5 goals

Canning South Perth Vs Canning Vale
The second best game of the round given its 4 v 5. Canning vale surprising by sitting in 4th. They got the Tigers last time out but from looking at results canning kicked themselves out of it. Stunning form with two 15 goals wins in a row. The Tigers to get the chocolates here and move up to 4th here
Canning by 25 points.

Good luck to all. Looks like another wet one

Thornlie vs bye

Gosnells vs Ballajura

2 vs 3 should be a cracker of a game. I think balla after a slow patch early on have regained their mo-jo and will go 1 game clear of gosnells after this round

High Wycombe vs Lynwood

The dogs to cruise this one by 10goals

Warn out Warnbro vs CWP

CWP to get their 3rd win of the season this week and enjoy a few beers on the plane ride back

CSP vs CV

no chocolates for CSP tigerpoint cause canning vale to edge this one out -13.5

Great write up tigerpoint, on the note of Warnbro, they've always had a very strong reserves team but too I wouldn't be surprised if they were beefing it up a bit for a stronger finals campaign.

Anyway filing in my tips for this round..

Gosnells vs. Ballajura
Gosnells getting a bit of a hiding last round against Thornlie and Ballajura on the other hand coming off a big win. Game will be interesting as both teams have shown their dominance this year and their previous result being decided by under a goal I would expect nothing less than that to come from the coming game. Ballajura do play better away so will be great to see how they utulise Gosnells big open ground.
I reckon it will be a close game but I'm going to tip Gosnells at home. They will bounce back strong and their quick ball movement will in what looks to be dry weather will work in their favour. Gosnells by 2 goals.

High Wycombe vs. Lynwood Ferndale
The doggies doing well and the panthers not so much.. High Wycombe by 30 points

Warnbro vs. Coolbinia West Perth
Warnbro haven't been playing great lately so CWP are a real chance for a scalp. Warnbro at home though will be a hard ask for them though so I'll tip the home side by 5 goals.

Canning South Perth vs. Canning Vale

I would probably say this is the most important game of the round in terms of one of these teams securing a spot in the finals. I will be very interested in this result to see where Canning Vale really sit amidst the competition and to prove they deserve 4th spot. Because I don't think Canning Vale are a top 4 side I'm picking CSP to win by 6 goals.
