The top five may well be settled with seven rounds to go. The Demons will struggle to stay up on this form and the battle for survival will make every win critical.

An under strength Valley were made to work hard by a persistent Manning. There was very little in the game all day with Valley not icing it until deep into the final quarter. After three away games The Valley host the Eels in what should be a great game. The Rippers were solid and need to rebound to stay in touch with the top five.

Nollamara asserted themselves with a strong win over the them third placed Falcons. Going by the score it could of been very ugly if the Cougars had kicked straight! Very tight comp with only a game between the top two and two games between third and seventh.
