Well results certainly didn't go as expected! Not sure if the conditions had an influence but a massive upset with bottom placed SNESA knocking off the previously undefeated Nollamara. Brentwood Booragoon also taking a top five scalp, easily accounting for Manning.

Ellenbrook maintained third position with a thrilling win over Armadale and Piara Waters got the job done against Mosman Park. The Valley kept Dianella Morley in the game with inaccurate conversion but superior fitness told in the end and they were comfortable winners.

Brentwood Booragoon certainly showed us up yesterday.
Massive upset by SNESA, didn't see that one coming.
This round definitely keeps the ladder alive around the middle, and Piara clocking up some handy % with their big win.
Onto Round 8.

good game vs manning, sorry we didnt havs the gazebo's up, but they were basically blown away during the juniors in the morning and with that wind it just wasnt worth it!

Also good to see manning hang around and have a beer in the club rooms, i know they probably dont have one to go back to, but I think it should be encouraged for teams to come in and atlast have one.. we gave them a few beers for their efforts any way!

No sweat about the gazebos. It's hard enough having to deal with a co tenant, combined with the nasty weather Mother Nature dealt us. We both agreed that these circumstances, when out of your control, are best ignored. Both sides played good footy and that's what it's about. See you in 10 weeks for some light hearted revenge
