The Valley were far too quick and skillful for Armadale. Poor conversion by Valley kept the Demons within 3-4 goals at the main break but that improved in the second half, as did the margin.

Piara Waters are definitely back in contention with consecutive wins over top five sides.

Nollamara steamrolled Brentwood Booragoon to the tune of 102 points to remain top.

DM proved the doubters wrong and sent SNESA bottom, one game away from avoiding relegation.

Manning got up in a close one at Mosman Park to create a two point gap between the top and bottom fives. In a quirk of fixturing the top five play the bottom five this weekend! If results go as expected that gap will become a game and a half, which means maximum effort required for clubs with finals hopes.

Armadale reserves umpire - way too good to be umpiring at this level. The bloke did not miss a beat all game.
