Well what a day! The old McCracken Maddington clan was in more demand today than an ocean ridges mums boob.

Channel 9, channel 7, channel 10 (she was more one eyed than a purple people eater) 882 6pr and gold Logie winner Wayeed Ali even called to give his opinion for his old mate Phil

I just caught up with young phil Jnr who was trying to hock a camera he found at Ocean ridge - he said the car park. He is so lucky he always finds valuable things in car parks.

Well I had a look at the pics and this little doozy just popped up.

This is our captain in the first qtr, from the ocean ridges umpire apparently this was all legal. Play on onion ridge he reckons. I just don't understand how the squeeky clean onion ridge supporters, mummy's, dirty dingo snipers and constable care can explain what's going on here??

This is photo number 1. After I speak to my lawyer Lionel Hutz tomorrow I will post number 2.

I have just got nbn to my joint under the bridge so hopefully I can keep in touch and also stay on tinder as mrs McCracken is still missing.

I must point out that even though the McCracken family comes from a troubled background and I am the worlds number one shadow boxer I don't like to see violence as that is how uncle Gary got in strife. I hope a speedy recovery takes place.

Or honk twice on the honky tonky.

Much love

Is it true that the said victim from the weekend who had his jaw broken had been suspended this year?

Always two sides to a story, and it seems like there is only one and that's because they had a police officer on there side. Playing them in a scratch match earlier this year got called off with 5 min to go because it got nasty. Don't agree with the stuff behind play and fist fighting, BUT im sure every team once in a while biffs on.

This photo literally proves nothing.....
My fav is how Phil is trying to make out like his backyard is picture perfect. Your club is full of yuppies mate, that was evident last year and this year.
Clubs like yours and incidents like these is why blokes don't wanna play in the WAAFL.
Instead of making light of the situation and deflecting blame, why don't you face the facts that what someone from your club did is absolutely shameful.
get a grip.

Well said. If this was supposed to be some sort of proof...

Difference is ... This hit is within the play

Not a cheap shot 30 metres off it

One could argue, based on those photo's why a free kick wasn't paid for a push in the back.

These photos look like the ocean ridge player got low in the play and the Maddington player 9even though he had the ball) is making contact to his back.

be keen to see the rest of your photo's Phil.

I know that usually the tribunal wont accept any video or photo evidence

I agree the photo doesn't really show anything obviously during the course of play and perhaps the Maddington player should have got a free for accidental high contact but I reckon that would have been hard to see at full pace
It doesn't matter what happened in the lead up to the incident the tribunal can only take each incident on it's own merits and from what I have heard a hit behind play ending in such results can only result in a hefty suspension
There is just no place for that kind of action in football, we face declining numbers as it is and we just don't need peanuts running around doing this sort of stuff going the game a bad name, you would think Maddington FC would have taken actions into their own hands buy know as well, I am a former Amateur President and can say if it had happened whilst I was in control of a club the player would have been given his marching orders

I agree, Doug, the club should have reacted straight away.

When I was Football Director at TA's a few years back we had a Colt give nasty punch to a Collegians player, and we gave him 9 weeks by the end of business that day, after a very lengthy meeting with all the principals of the club. It's the first time (and hopefully the last) that I was involved in an internal suspension.

I am not aware of the actual events of the day as I have only read what's been put in the media (which can often be written to tell a story and can sometimes omit some of the facts to form an opinion that may not be accurate), but an immediate reaction by a club towards its own might've put either club in a better light. I'm looking forward to hearing the outcome of this one.

Which club were you prez of, Doug?
