The Bulldogs opened their account, sharing the points in what must have been a thrilling affair! Be interested to know if either side had a chance to win with seconds to go.

SNESA also got on the board with a solid win over Piara Waters. No doubt they're stoked to get their first win.

The Valley had too much pace and skill for Mosman Park who tried hard but the margin gradually grew all game.

As predicted the Eels bounced back with a comfortable win over the Rippers.

Nollamara also remain undefeated with a convincing win over neighbours Dianella Morley.

Wow who would've picked swan valley to be top with a huge percentage. They must of got some good players either back to the club or recruited really well. Have they pushed some reserve players up to try and get a league flag instead or a reserve flag. Long way to go still but looking like the team to beat.

Pretty sure Valleys ressies are top of the ladder as well..... Not a case of "pushing ressies players up", more like the colts from previous years up into the league side. They looked young & quick when I saw them last week.

Controversial. Unfortunately our (BBFC) scoreboard attendants missed a point and at the end it showed Armadale winning by that point. Goal umpires conferred and it was a draw.

actually you may find the score board attendants actually had added an extra point.. not having missed one :0... faireresult and a very hard contested game... interesting umpire calls late in the game

Lightning does strike twice. Same thing happened in a night game a few seasons back in an E grade night game v Noranda although on that occasion was a missed goal on the scoreboard that once goal umpires conferred the game was settled as a draw, fitting end to my playing days in hindsight.

The problem is that teams change play depending on the scoreboard at that point in time. We tried to hold up play for 2 mins in a game once only to find we weren't in front. Scores were level.

Good on Valley for keeping the young talent at the club. Look to be building something there. What are those that have played Noranda think of this side they clearly seem to be the early other team to beat will be great to see then v the Valley in a month or so if both teams are flying still.
