A big round 1 and I am thinking a pretty even comp this year.

My tips.

Swan View V High Wycombe
The view will surprise this year and look to consolidate. Haven't heard much out of HW. I'll go with SV by three goals at home.

CWP Vs Canning Vale
The young canning vale boys are a year older but the bigger bodies of CWP should win this one by a couple of goals.

Gosnells v Warnbro
Warnbro hot and cold last year and Gosnells looking to bounce back after relegation. Will go with them for no reason other than home round advantage.

Ballajura Vs Lynwood Ferndale
One up and one coming down but I reckon opposite directions will continue. Ballajura were way too good for C3 and Lynwoods rebuild won't be enough. Balls by 5 goals.

Thornlie Vs Canning South Perth
Both games last year were close. One a draw. Here's hoping the Tigers can get a win to start the season and be a contender. CSP by 2 goals.

Would love to hear others predictions. Not a lot of news coming out of this grade.

High Wycombe are always a tough side but I think the View will surprise a few this year, starting round 1.

Ballajura coming up from C3 will be one of the teams to beat in C2 this year. Colts, ressies and league are all strong.

Welcome back everyone, really looking forward to a good and exciting season, we could see the C2 comp be close this year and should not separate teams by much at all.... but only time will tell.

High Wycombe Vs Swan View
make no mistake.... you don't want to underestimate the doggies this year, and will welcome the View to C2 in style. I hope The view have managed to keep some of there star players from last year.

CWP Vs Canning Vale
CWP very consistent last year I thought and will build on that as the cougar cubs are still up and coming showed good depth in there 2's side winning the big one will need some of those players to stand up on the main stage.
CWP by 4 goals

Gosnells Vs Warnbro
Not to sure if Hilldebrant is still running around down there for the swans but could provide some good structure to the swans mid and be competitive this year. Gosnells looks like that have lost a few but also gained a few from Kelmscott and will be looking very strong and no doubt disappointed with last years C1 efforts and should have a good season.

Ballajura Vs Lynwood
Lynwood looks like that they have got back hard running midfielder Carr from Wesley Curtin, and can differently build something around him as he has been good for the club in the past. the balla boys are up and about after there C3 win last year and could be a dark horse in the C2 this year with more than plenty of numbers on the track.

Thornlie Vs Canning South Perth (game of the round)
old Sunday league rivals and always a good solid hit out from both clubs. thornlie will bounce back hard from last year and I have herd they have had a massive preseason. the tigers look like they have recovered from there injuries from last season with on top of some good recruits.
Canning SP by 1 goal

good luck to all this week, looks like we may see some thunderstorms roll in over the weekend which could make things interesting.
I know one thing is for sure tho... the beers will still be cold at the end of it.
