The Mount Lawley Amateur Football Club, playing in the B Grade of the WAAFL competition in 2016, would like to invite applications for the following coaching position to support League Coach Josh Wooden:
B Grade Reserves Coach
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- The ability to develop players to their full potential by implementing a comprehensive and well-structured training program
- Demonstrated relevant coaching skills with an emphasis on player development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an energetic and dedicated team
- Minimum Level 1 Accreditation with a desire to work towards obtaining Level 2 Accreditation
- Willingness to play a key role in delivering the Club’s ethos to the playing group
- Creating an improved club culture towards training and club involvement
