The Quinns Districts Amateur Football Club seeks applicants for the following Coaching positions in the 2016 season.
• Director of Football - must have coaching accreditation and experience with management/development of coaching staff
• B Grade League Coach
• B Grade Reserves Coach
• Colts Coach
• E Grade Coach
The 2015 Season was a successful one for the club with the League, Reserves and Colts side all playing in the C1 finals series. This resulted in the League side winning the C1 Grand Final and promotion to B Grade for the 2016 season. The Club was also recognised by the WAAFL receiving the Champion Club Award for the second time in three years. The club has a strong sponsor and supporter base who are passionate about the clubs ongoing success.
The club is seeking applications from suitably qualified Coaches as outlined below
- Minimum Level 1 Coaching accreditation or be working towards such
- Ability to develop and implement an effective game plan/structures
- Ability to develop a young playing group who are highly driven
- Excellent leadership and communications skills
- An ability to work with a highly driven team of coaches and committee
- A strong desire for success
