The
Mount Lawley Amateur Football Club, playing in the B Grade of the WAAFL competition, would like to invite expressions of interest for the following coaching positions for season 2016:
B Grade League
B Grade Reserves
B Grade Colts (Drew Banfield Colts)
D2 League (Thirds)
D2 Reserves (Fourths)
2nd Colts (Brett Jones Colts)
The successful applicants will possess the following attributes:
- The ability to develop players to their full potential by implementing a comprehensive and well-structured training program
- Demonstrated relevant coaching skills with an emphasis on player development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an energetic and dedicated team
- Minimum Level 1 Accreditation with a desire to work towards obtaining Level 2 Accreditation
- Willingness to play a key role in delivering the Club’s ethos to the playing group
- Creating an improved club culture towards training and club involvement
