B League
Scarborough 4.0 5.0 7.4 7.6 (48)
Hamersley Carine 2.2 5.5 6.7 7.7 (49)

B Reserves
Scarborough 2.1 3.3 5.7 5.8 (38)
Swan Athletic 1.1 2.2 2.2 7.5 (47)

Drew Banfield Colts
Collegians 2.3 3.5 6.8 6.11 (47)
Wembley 2.1 2.5 3.5 6.6 (42)

Well MrM unfortunately didn't make the journey down towards Bassendean Oval however it seem like I missed out on 3 exciting finals.

Well done to Collegians who won the Colts in a tight battle.

Swan Athletic who took out the Reserves with a good win as they came home with a wet sail.

Hamersley Carine surprised all and clung on to win an absolute nail biter, congratulations to them and no doubt The Carine will be getting a working over this week. An absolute heartbreaker for Scarborough, but they have achieved their goal of reaching A Grade, but the bitter feeling of doing it without a flag will no doubt spurr them on next season.

Would love to hear how it all went down.

Hey Mr M

I wondered in just before the start of the League game so unfortunately missed the ressies

1st quarter was pretty much kick for kick and you could see it was going to be a real arm wrestle all day
2nd quarter it appeared that the younger HC midfield may have too much run for Scarborough however inaccuracy cost HC and I thought perhaps when they had the chance to be damaging it may well come back to hurt them
Third and Fourth quarters were well fought out with HC back line doing a fantastic job, they lost their full forward with what appeared a hamstring injury
Scarborough had opportunities in the last quarter but couldn't convert and HC did a great job to lock it down with a few minutes to go
Well done to both clubs the game was played in exceptional spirit
Both coaches spoke well after the game and both clubs should be proud of what they have achieved this year
