Don't the AFL play the winning team's song over the loud speakers straight after the game every time. As a supporter I want to see my team sing the song, it's community football, and members, supporters and sponsors should be allowed to enjoy their clubs success. By your reasoning only one team's supporters would get that opportunity each season after the GF.

The only stipulation is that teams sing to their own supporters, and not at the opposition or their supporters. There's no need to be disrespectful.

Out of everything I wrote, that's the bit you found disrespectful? Obviously anal tearing is now socially acceptable.

The singing of the song on the field knows no bounds Vicko. It is done in front of opposition supporters, change rooms and dugouts. If supporters want to be involved, then they can either join them in the change rooms or stand outside an listen. Simple.

I didn't find what you wrote disrespectful, I was talking about the song being done on the ground respectfully, no need to be disrespectful to the opposition etc. after the final siren has gone. Your reaction and comment about anal tearing however shows how low your bar is set.

When was the last time you were in some of those change rooms? You can barely get your 22, coach and physio into some of them, let alone supporters as well.

I notice you didn't pick out any of my points about it being community football, or that only 1 team per year gets to sing its club song to its supporters, and importantly the sponsors that fund and come down to share the reward.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

Well I needed several cups of coffee during that one "get around him", thanks for a quality review of all the seasons action. You should submit this to the Western Australian government, some great ideas for local business and the conservation of water.

Now down to business.

This is what we all play football for, the taste of that flag covered in Swan Draught. It looks like Poseidon will try to spoil the party with his forecast but I can tell you this, it will not put a dampener on today's proceedings. Both teams will be at Shark Park determined and focused on the task at hand.

During the last battle Melville had some kicking woes and that could be dangerous with the famous breeze that occurs at Shark Park. Quinns will be scared about the physicality and brute force of the Melville midfield. Quinns will need to spread the ball very quickly to win this one, if not the Rams will be too strong. With the wet weather i believe it will favour the hard and contested style of the rams. Im so excited for today. RAMS BY 13 POINTS

Everybody enjoy the day and enjoy the piss, cheers

Well good to see the weather has turned up for the big dance today! Congrats to Melville and Quinns on making it and being promoted to B grade aswell!

So the Utes packed and I'm about to make the 2 day drive from the northern burbs to freo

Backing Willeton in the colts in a close one
Ridgey didge in the ressies
And the Bulls in a tight encounter in the main event, if the last 2 meetings are anything to go off this should be a cracker

Enjoy the after game Frothies and have a cracking summer lads, see you all in 2016

Very enjoyable summary Get Around Him!

The conditions look like being woeful and Moss Street isn't a very protected ground.

Good luck to all the boys who are running out today, they must be pumped.

It was a massive day for the boys from Burrendah, picking up 2 flags on the same day for the first time in 2 decades! Everybody is enjoying the frothies at the bar and will continue to do so for quite a few hours yet!

All three games were very even contests, with all 3 margins coming in under 3 goals. The Quinns colts and Ocean Ridge reserves were both quality outfits in the earlier games, and should be congratulated on their fine seasons

The crowds were fantastic for all 3 games, with many of our boys loving the atmosphere that Shark Park provided.

East Fremantle Football Club are to be commended for their running of the day as well, especially their past players crew for running the canteen.

Well done to Quinns on taking out the league flag, they were clearly the best team all year and deserve the premiership that goes with it. Best of luck to the Bulls and Rams in B grade next year.

Anyways, I'm off to the bar for another bourbon!
