The Mount Lawley Football Club, playing in the 'B' Grade of the WAAFL competition, would like to invite expressions of interest for the following coaching position for season 2016.

B Grade WAAFL LEAGUE COACH

The successful applicant/s will possess the following attributes:

• Ability to develop players to their full potential by implementing a comprehensive, well-structured training program
• Demonstrate relevant coaching skills with an emphasis on player development
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an energetic and dedicated team
• Minimum Level 1 Accreditation with a desire to work towards obtaining Level 2 Accreditation
• Willingness to play a key role in delivering the club’s ethos to the playing group
• Creating an improved club culture towards training and club involvement
