I doubt the WAAFL care about the location of the two clubs to where they host they grand finals.
Bassendean was clearly the best available.
Lathlain is a joke.
Arena Joondalup charges you $8 for a burger
East Fremantle has the worst playing surface of any WAFL Ground.
Claremont Showgrounds is only a temporary ground, but with facilities and ground condition it would be the close to the worst.
Leederville will be too overused by Saturday.
Rushton Park is too far
And Fremantle Dockers will probably use the ground and facilities after their game Saturday.

So seems alright to me

Travel aside, Bassendean is clearly the best available option. Joondalup, Leederville and Rushton Park are all unavailable due to WAFL finals, Fremantle is unavailable due to Dockers requirements and the Showgrounds will be getting in to Royal Show mode and therefore unavailable.

There were obviously issues at Lathlain Park last year, otherwise I'm sure they would use it again. This leaves Bassendean or East Fremantle, and I think you'd all agree that Basso is the better option. That being said, the Willo boys are in no way disappointed that the C1 GF's are at Shark Park, given most of them have played there at some stage in the careers.

Best of luck to all those in the B Grade GF's, and it's great to see Hamersley Carine make it all the way from 5th spot on the ladder.
